The villa of level R+1 is designed compact enough not to occupy all the surface of the ground. This remaining space allows to insert in the planning more green surfaces. The building on the first floor is divided into two parts by a clearance: the front representing the semi-public rooms and the back the private rooms. By taking a staircase with two (02) parts one reaches the upper level dedicated to private spaces with three (03) rooms.
