This complex is located on a rocky plateau 30m above a dam. It consists of about sixteen (16) buildings including houses, work and research rooms, a refectory and parking lots connected by paved roads. The buildings for the most part of rectangular shape oriented North-South are built according to the principle of double wall with the use of laterite bricks cut for the facades, a double roof whose upper part is raised and overflowing in sheets, allows to protect the second in concrete against B.A.D weather by allowing a ventilation between the two. This ensures thermal insulation of the building and comfort in the rooms with energy savings.
