This building is divided in three parts by using the differences of levels and patios. On the West side, two (02) parts divided by a patio are of R+2 level with accessible terrace roofs. On the East side, the difference is noted by the difference in level (R+1). The construction is oriented North-South with bay windows on the South side of the first and second level which make its particularity. The building houses offices and meeting rooms.
