Indeed, living in apartments in addition in a building with levels is not common in Burkina Faso, since the problem of reduction of living space and their high cost of acquisition did not arise until now. Given the rate of demographic change and the lack of parking, this construction is intended to be the first of its kind in Ouagadougou for years to come.
