The building is a multi-functional R+4 level building with stores on the first floor, landscaped office spaces on the R+1, R+2 and R+3 levels and apartments on the top level. The building is divided into two symmetrical wings by a stairwell and an elevator. On the façade this symmetry is accentuated by a rounded shape topped by a dome. A setback in the facade from the R+1 and the inclusion of louvers will reduce the excessive sunlight of the main facade.
