Duplex in R+1 whose ground floor includes a living room, a bedroom with toilet, a dining room, a kitchen, an office. A terrace overlooking the main entrance and the back of the building. The R+1 includes four bedrooms with integrated toilets, a living room, two balconies. The architectural style is marked by lean-to roofs and arcades on the façade.
