The R+1 building, with two symmetrical wings, is entirely reserved for hospitalization. The upper level is accessible by a single flight staircase and the wings between them by footbridges. The lower level is reserved for education on land shared with other structures such as the church. The L-shaped structure with a main entrance highlighted by a dome houses classrooms on the ground floor, offices for teachers, dormitories and bathrooms on the top level.
